Main Tasks: - Performs logistics functions, including replenishment of assigned nursing units and patient care areas. - Stock unit supply and equipment storage areas and medication rooms on a daily basis as well as maintain the overall organization and cleanliness of the areas. - Cleans and inspects equipment according to department and hospital guidelines, including use of iphone and Filemaker applications. - Checks for expiration dating on supplies and equipment preventative maintenance and remove affected product and equipment as required. - Assist vendor truck driver with the loading and unloading of supply carts. - Provide feedback to Inventory Specialist regarding par level adjustments, removal of product and addition of supplies or equipment via email. - Perform cart maintenance tasks as needed. Replace/add labels and bins; and/or reorganize carts due to par level adjustments and/or reconfiguring of carts. - Complete any and all required documentation, i.e. assignment sheets, checklist, stat room requisitions, expiration date checking, repair or maintenance request tag, return authorization (RGA) forms, clean supply room auditing checklist, and time sheets according to department policies and procedures. - Provides customer service support to end users and staff members regarding product location, delivery and returns. - Performs product conversions, adds and recalls as directed by Leadership Team. - Report discrepancies, problems or questions to Leadership Team related to the acquisition and distribution process such as stock outs and backorders. - Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and compliance of the office, hallways and dock. - Exercise appropriate body mechanics when moving a cart. Whenever possible, push rather than pull the delivery carts. Do not use a broken cart, stop and ask for help to move the supplies to another cart. Tag the broken delivery cart and notify your supervisor so the cart can be repaired. - Follows Hospital, JCAHO and DPH guidelines and procedures. - Responsible for the receipt and delivery of bulk medications from vendors to the pharmacy or nursing units. - Materials Management employees will have access to medication/supply rooms while performing job duties such as, but not limited to the following: Replenishing/Replacing Linen Carts, Delivering/Removing Oxygen Tanks, Placing/Stocking Supply orders. - Performs other duties as assigned. You will triage the order based on date and time needed, select and carefully pack life-saving blood products with the correct temperature regulating product to ensure safe transport. Orbital Engineering&rsquo;s Utility Services Department partners with Utility and Communication Companies in Engineering and Construction operations for Joint Use Pole Attachment Programs (JU), Distribution Engineering Design Projects, and Distribution System Improvement Charge (DSIC) programs, such as the Pennsylvania Long-Term Infrastructure Improvement Program (LTIIP).</p>

This position will directly support projects within the Utility Services Department&rsquo;s pole attachment application process and utility distribution design process.</p>

Essential Functions</b></p>

<li>Prepare and develop distribution voltage construction packages for both overhead and underground projects, including distribution equipment installation, feeder replacement, cable replacement, and pole replacements as part of an infrastructure improvement program</li>
<li>Assist with distribution line design 2.4kV - 34kV</li>
<li>Work with Designers and Engineers to prepare new drawings, modify existing drawings, or create as-built documents</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of proposals, engineering/project cost estimates, and execution schedules</li>
<li>Provide technical support for customers and support regional business development initiatives</li>
<li>Provide quality reviews of work prepared by others and adhere to the QA/QC process</li>
<li>Prepare calculations and assist with equipment specifications</li>
<li>Evaluate loading of various equipment components being installed such as transformers and structural loading of poles to ensure a cost-effective, safe and reliable design utilizing client specifications.</li>
<li>Visually identify, inspect, and record equipment and different construction situations in the field, including rights-of-way</li>
<li>Apply National Electric Safety Code (NESC) Standards, Client Standards, Federal, State or Local Municipal Guidelines, and/or other applicable guidelines to complete engineering designs (Pole Replacements, Communication Space Rearrangements, Joint-Use Design) for possible joint-use or make-ready construction</li>
