The Berkshire Conservation District, a tax-exempt state entity, is seeking applications for a part-time District Administrator (DA). The ideal candidate will be an integral part of an evolving conservation group. The DA works closely with a Board of Supervisors and State officials. The 12th Judicial District is a moderate-sized judicial district, as measured by caseload activity, number of court employees, number of divisions, number of counties, and population by district. The District Court Administrator serves as the chief non judicial administrator of the court, responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient case management, and supporting judges and staff in delivering fair and timely justice. The District Court Administrator is a responsible, organized, and strategic professional who can balance the day to day operational demands with long term planning.

Education and experience: 
 
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in court administration, public administration, business administration, or a related field supplemented by a law degree or master&rsquo;s degree in judicial, public, or business administration; and one year of court administrative experience. Two years additional court administrative experience may be substituted for the law or master&rsquo;s degree requirement.
