What the Ideal Candidate will do:

Develop and manage new and existing customer relationships within midwest territory (IL, IN, IA, KY, MI, OH, TN, etc.).</li><li>

Position Summary:
The District Sales Manager is responsible for the achievement of territory sales target for the company and oversees all resources, including clinical support and additional field sales representatives. This includes overseeing and leading the identification of business opportunities, building and fostering client relationships, and ensuring the effective sales of NEVRO&rsquo;s products to meet/exceed sales forecasts and goals. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director (RSD).

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For
 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree required.</li>
<li>Documented, demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and promoting top talent.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years' experience managing pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical Sales Representatives.</li>
<li>4+ years of successful pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.</li>
<li>Data-driven decision-maker with a sharp business acumen.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of payer and reimbursement environments.</li>
<li>High integrity, strong communication skills, and a drive to win.</li>
<li>Ability to travel 20 - 50% depending on district alignment, with overnight stays.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li>
