Job Purpose</h2>

The MEP Divisional Manager will oversee the entire MEP projects division, managing the lifecycle of MEP projects, from design through execution, ensuring profitable, timely, and high-quality project delivery. This role holds full responsibility for the division&rsquo;s P&amp;L, establishing proper governance for cost and revenue monitoring, resource optimization, and project performance reporting. The MEP Divisional Manager will also play a key role in identifying new MEP opportunities and collaborating with various internal teams and act as a responsible leader in business capture efforts contributing to the growth of the division. The position involves strong engagement with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and sustainable business growth. The role reports into the Operations Manager of EEE and has the entire project management team of MEP reporting into the role.

Job Responsibilities</h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Overall responsibility for the P&amp;L of the MEP division, ensuring the division&rsquo;s profitability by implementing strong financial governance.</li>
<li>Establish robust systems for monitoring costs and revenues on a project-by-project basis to ensure the financial health of the division.</li>
<li>Deploy optimal resources to various projects, ensuring that teams, materials, and equipment are utilized efficiently to meet project demands and control costs.</li>
<li>Establish and monitor project performance reporting through techniques such as Earned Value Analysis (EVA) to track progress against budgets, schedules, and contractual commitments.</li>
<li>Oversee timely review of all ongoing projects, in conjunction with the project management team, ensuring projects remain on track for delivery and profitability.</li>
<li>Manage project scheduling through Primavera planning tools to ensure milestones are met.</li>
<li>Identify potential MEP projects by networking with clients, developers, and other stakeholders and bring them to the internal leadership for winning projects.</li>
<li>Lead discussions on variations and changes with stakeholders, ensuring any changes to the scope or cost are aligned with contractual agreements and do not adversely impact project P&amp;L.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to their satisfaction and explore potential business opportunities.</li>
<li>Oversee the MEP Design, planning, execution, and handover of MEP projects in high-rise buildings, villas, malls, and large-scale commercial facilities, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality benchmarks.</li>
<li>Ensure the division is fully compliant with local regulations, codes, and standards in the UAE and that all projects align with industry best practices.</li>
<li>Lead discussions on variations, delays, or contractual matters with stakeholders to protect the division&rsquo;s interests and ensure the P&amp;L remains healthy.</li>
<li>Regularly review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for accuracy, update them as necessary, and monitor project progress against them to avoid budget overruns.</li>
<li>Lead the preparation and review of BOQs, procurement plans, and ensure materials are procured and delivered in line with project schedules.</li>
<li>Review project forecasts and expenditure reports to ensure the division meets its financial targets.</li>
<li>Coordinate with key internal departments such as Admin, Finance, Commercial, Contracts, and Supply Chain, ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with the contractual terms and client expectations.</li>
<li>Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with the Finance department to monitor project costs, cash flows, and revenue recognition.</li>
<li>Liaise with the Contracts &amp; Commercial teams to ensure that project risks, variations, and claims are appropriately managed and resolved.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, maintaining cost efficiency and avoiding project delays.</li>
<li>Liaise with the Technical Manager - ESCO to integrate energy-efficient solutions into MEP designs for high-rise buildings, villas, malls, and commercial facilities.</li>
<li>Ensure energy-saving measures and sustainable technologies are embedded into the design and execution of MEP systems, aligning with the organization&rsquo;s energy efficiency goals.</li>

Qualifications
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.</li>

Experience
<ul><li>Minimum 10-12 years of experience in managing MEP projects for residential and commercial towers and industrial buildings.</li>
<li>Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Divisional Manager role, in managing MEP projects in UAE or any other GCC countries.</li>
<li>ESCO industrial knowledge is an added advantage.</li></ul> 

Knowledge &amp; Skills
<ul><li>Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) for large-scale commercial and residential projects such as high-rise buildings, villas, and malls.</li>

District Execution Managers (DEMs) are responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and execution of all Merchandising Services activities within their district of assigned retail stores. This includes General Service Guidelines, Projects, Resets, and other assigned services. They are responsible for communication with their customers which include the District Manager and the key point of contact for Suppliers in their assigned market. 
DEMs are accountable for the overall performance of teams of managers, supervisors and associates that operate during the day and at night. These teams create an inviting shopping environment and enhance the customer experience by ensuring merchandising strategies and programs are executed successfully, as directed by the Regional Director Merchandising Execution (RDME) and Merchandising Services organization. 
DEMs are accountable for hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews for their direct reports and are accountable for the activities for those associates. They are accountable for the teams' metrics and expectations including safety, quality, productivity, completion of assigned projects. DEMs are accountable for budgeting of the team, including overtime, payroll, and other expenses. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
