 is responsible for the
 
 end-to-end control of material movement (Inflow/Outflow)
 
 at the project site. The primary objective is to safeguard company assets by ensuring that all material transactions are executed, documented, and audited in strict accordance with
 
 Innovo&rsquo;s internal policies and SOPs
 
 , preventing loss, waste, or unauthorized usage.
 
 Key Accountabilities

 Material
 
 Lifecycle Management:
 
 Oversee the end-to-end process of receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and assets. Ensure all items are physically verified against delivery documents upon arrival.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Inventory Documentation:
 
 Prepare and manage Store Receiving Vouchers (SRV) and Store Issuance Vouchers (SIV), ensuring all documents are authorized by the Project Manager and Warehouse Supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Reporting &amp; Communication:
 
 Generate daily material reports to project and warehouse department management to maintain real-time visibility of site stock, following up raw material and reorder it according to project requirement and consumption rates, communicate with projects and main warehouse to facilitate transferring material before proceeding and raising any new order.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Quality &amp; Maintenance:
 
 Proactively monitor material expiry dates and storage conditions. "Raise a flag" via formal reports to the Supervisor to prevent material waste or non-compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Engineering Coordination:
 
 Facilitate receiving requests for Site Engineers to ensure the timely release of materials required for ongoing site activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Data Management:
 
 Maintain a dual filing system (manual and ERP Module) for all warehouse records, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval for audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Facility Standards:
 
 Maintain a clean, organized, and logically mapped warehouse layout to ensure the tidiness of materials and ease of access.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Compliance &amp; Safety:
 
 Strictly adhere to Innovo&rsquo;s HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements and handle special department assignments as needed.
 </li>

 Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge &amp; Skills
