Position Overview

The Imaging Processor retrieves, identifies, prepares, scans, and indexes all incoming mail into the document management system.

Essential Job Functions

<li>Retrieves mail daily from mailroom and prepares paper items for scanning</li>
<li>Scans and indexes documents for department to the correct workflow, policy number, and document type</li>
<li>Identifies and indexes all incoming faxes and emails</li>

<li>Maintains all scanned items in meticulous order, periodically boxing up items for storage</li>

 Experience and exposure in any of the legal word processing tasks below
 <ul>
 <li>
 Creating TOAs, TOCs, inserting automated cross-references, converting PDFs to Word using a variety of software, applying Word styles using macros, troubleshooting problem documents including redlines and documents containing multiple numbering schemes, style separators, cross-references, and other automated fields
 </li>
 </ul>
 </li>
 <li>
 Transcription experience a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of legal terminology and legal citations preferred
 
 
 </li>

 The rate of pay for this role at the noted RRD location is $19.19/hour. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
