Cheerfully and courteously greet customers and donors. Receive, verify, and distribute donation receipts. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Cheerfully greet all customers and donors.</li><li>
Present a friendly, cooperative attitude to general- public, at all times.</li><li>
Receive donations, thank the donor, and distribute donation receipts to every donor.</li><li>
Help customers unload donations from their vehicle.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li><li>
To minimize damage to goods, take care to load and unload trucks in a safe and careful manner.</li><li>
Unload all goods from Goodwill truck at donation site. Store all goods in an orderly manner in areas designated by Director of Retail or General Manager</li><li>
Report any, and all incidents or accidents as soon as possible to supervisor.</li><li>
Maintain good personal hygiene, and personal appearance, at, all, times.</li><li>
Safely and efficiently use manual pallet jacks or stacking carts to transport.</li><li>
Follow proper procedures for cardboard and waste disposal, safely using equipment such as balers and compactors.</li><li>
Understand the safety requirements for your job and follow agencies Safety Policies and Rules and Regulations.</li><li>
Adhere to all Goodwill policies and procedures.</li><li>
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by supervisor.</li></ul>

Description of Responsibilities: Great customer service skills. Primary duties include the receipt, recording, sorting of donations to effectively process through the Kaizen system. This is a front line position representing Goodwill Industries to the public. Full compliance to Kaizen guidelines/principles as outlined in the audit and 5-minute drills. Other duties included but not limited to: processing, cleaning, customer service, building fixtures/equipment, and all other duties instructed by your immediate supervisors.
Required Experience: High School graduate or its equivalent preferred. Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.
Required skills: Must have sufficient mobility Sufficient mobility to turn from side to side, lean kneel or bend and stand for long periods of time; see and recognize colors; knowledge of basic math skills; lift at least forty (40) pounds on a frequent and continuous basis and occasionally to team lift up to (100) pounds. May have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
