The Events &amp; Donor Relations Manager plans, coordinates, and executes the annual fundraising event(s), donor appreciation events, and community engagement activities. In collaboration with the Director of Engagement &amp; Advancement, the Events &amp; Donor Relations Manager cultivates and stewards relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners. Develops and implement donor stewardship strategies (thank-you touches, recognition, impact updates, etc.). Manages donor communications related to events and engagement opportunities. Tracks event outcomes and donor interactions in Raiser&rsquo;s Edge NXT to support accurate reporting and relationship management and supports donor meetings, tours, and cultivation experiences at The Bridge.</p>

Manages a portfolio of 150-250 Mid-Level donors and prospects; develop strategies and implement plans for qualifying, cultivating, stewarding, and soliciting those donors. Responsible for meeting revenue, solicitation, visit, and outreach goals set forth in annual work plan each year with an ultimate annual fundraising goal of $500,000. Meeting this fundraising goal includes upgrades to major gifts.</li><li>
Identify planned giving opportunities and partner with planned giving officers to solicit and close bequest, asset, and life income gifts.</li><li>
Builds relationships with donors through virtual and in person visits and other engagement opportunities.</li></ul><p>
Analysis and Data Management (10%)</p><div><ul><li>
Tracks opportunities, plan notes, call notes and responses, contact attempts, communications preferences, and interests in donor database.</li><li>
Attends trainings and actively learns databases, systems, and other technology used by the Development department and Earthjustice to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and efficiency.</li><li>
Remains apprised of trends in philanthropy and Earthjustice&rsquo;s programmatic work.</li></ul><p>
