About the Role 
Design, draft, and review detailed drawings and documentation for Asset Condition Survey and O&amp;M Period. Verify spatial coordination, compliance with codes, and accuracy of Road layout, Road Safety equipment, Marking, signages. Create 3D models for clash detection and system validation. 
<ul><li>
Prepare, revise, and maintain accurate drawings and layouts for roads, utilities, and maintenance activities in compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.</li><li>
Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, including road layouts, signage plans, as-built drawings, and utility maps.</li><li>
Update and revise existing drawings as per site modifications or engineers&rsquo; instructions.</li><li>
Coordinate with Engineers, Surveyors, and Site Supervisors to ensure accuracy and clarity of drawings.</li><li>
Maintain a proper drawing register and ensure version control for all issued drawings.</li><li>
Support maintenance teams with updated maps and drawings for planned and reactive works.</li><li>
Work closely with MEP engineers, architects, and structural teams to resolve design conflicts.</li><li>
Assist Project Managers in cost estimation, material take-offs, and resource planning for MEP systems.</li><li>
Assist in preparing design submissions, reports, and drawing documentation for client approval.</li></ul> 
What do we need from you

Diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting.</li><li>
Minimum 05 years of experience as a Draughtsman in Roads / Infrastructure / Maintenance projects in Qatar or GCC.</li><li>
