DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>

Coordinate with system engineers to integrate SMS Builder with TRIRIGA systems.</li><li>
Support interfaces connecting SMS Builder calculations to the Real Property Inventory (RPI).</li><li>

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:</b></p><ul><li>

   Review all project IDC design documentation for detailed technical interfaces

   Maintain single discipline and inter-discipline check drawings and filing
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare, issue, and update the material and weight data take-offs
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist Fabrication as required in resolving construction difficulties relating to design problems, clashes, etc.
  </li>

   Monitor progress and maintain the deliverables register on an ongoing basis
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with the Project Execution Plan and the timely completion and archiving of drawings and documents
  </li>
  <li>
   Keep the Lead Designer apprised of all activities, progress, and concerns, including manpower and budgetary-related
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in providing inputs for actual, planning, and forecasting progress reports, including associated productivity
  </li>

   Report errors and suggest a resolution for the same
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in design reviews and audits
  </li>

   Capture lessons learned and entered them into MDR's Lessons Learned system

   Guide less experienced Designers on MDR and Discipline procedures, standards, worksheets, design calculations, software, technical queries, etc.

   Guide trainee Designers

   Assist in the maintenance of departmental technical guidelines and standards

   Further develop an understanding of MDR's business, including processes and procedures

  Essential Qualifications and Education:

   Detailed knowledge of associated industry detailing standards

In this role, you will develop and manage CAD drawings for master planning, architecture, and infrastructure elements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with standards, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.</p><p></p><p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Interpret and analyze master plans including land use, zoning, DCRs, and GFA requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare and manage CAD drawings for master plans, site plans, affection plans, utility layouts, and execution drawings.</p></li><li><p>
Translate conceptual sketches and instructions from planners into accurate CAD-based master plans.</p></li><li><p>
Develop and modify layouts including plots, ROW networks, road hierarchies, and infrastructure corridors.</p></li><li><p>
Perform plot subdivision, consolidation, boundary adjustments, and land use refinements.</p></li><li><p>

Ensure compliance with AD Ports CAD standards, naming conventions, and document control requirements.</p></li><li><p>
