 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Responsible for rigging up and maintaining cascade breathing air systems and electronic gas detection systems on operating rigs and rigless segments.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for maintaining a safe environment when drilling through H2S, responsible for advising on safer practices when dealing with H2S and general safety.
  </li>
  <li>
   Installs, inspects, repairs, and tests fire equipment, hydrostatic test equipment, and monitoring devices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor and enforce compliance with H2S safety procedures and protocols on-site.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct routine inspections, testing, and calibration of H2S detection and monitoring devices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conducts detailed visual inspections and system functional tests of various systems and equipment for the purpose of reporting any deficiencies and corrective action as well as recommendations to customer.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, inspections, and incident reports.
  </li>
  <li>
   Performs receipt, inspection, cleaning, servicing, reassembling and testing of various SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) and other respiratory equipment and breathing air equipment in accordance with approved testing and service procedures.

   Takes care in use of all site specific, facility and customer required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

   Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

   Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of Breathing Air Equipment, including SCBAs, cascade systems, and breathing air compressors.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oman Driving License is Mandatory
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and maintenance (including calibration and troubleshooting) of Gas Detection Systems across various OEMs and models (preferred).
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to perform detailed visual inspections and functional system tests to identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and provide technical feedback to customers.

Geoscientist is responsible for a variety of subsurface multidisciplinary tasks and planning including asset management in order to support and facilitate the activities of the joint-venture projects (exploration and production). The job holder also assists in the preparation of technical information, official documents and in special projects and ensure adherence to PTTEP rules &amp; regulations and local compliances &amp; requirements.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Accountabilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li><b>Responsible </b>for supporting aggregate operations in Oman Exploration and Production Project with the geoscience and engineering tasks including but not limited to seismic acquisition /processing /interpretation, mapping, modelling, prospect<br>
maturation, resources and reserves estimation calculations, well targeting, drilling - logging operation, formation evaluation, well-testing, and production data analysis.</li>
<li><b>Analyze and interpret data </b>using computer software specific to geoscience.</li>
<li><b>Collaborate </b>with other geoscientists and engineers for exploration/appraisal planning, field development plan and production planning, including implementation, and monitoring.</li>
<li><b>Assist</b> management and asset coordinators in providing efficient project management strategy.</li>
<li><b>Prepare</b> exploration plans and establish action plans together with other geoscientists and asset coordinators for key milestones that will have major impacts on the operation and project management.</li>
<li><b>Review</b> subsurface technical and production information of the Technical, Operating and Management Committee Meeting Agenda as per Joint-Operating Agreement and Petroleum Contract, contributing to its preparation, and summarize the minutes of meeting to management and team when participating.</li>
<li><b>Coordinate</b> with the operator on the exploration and production planning and activity performance under the exploration and production contract/agreement.</li>
<li><b>Work closely </b>with the asset coordinators, asset technical team, economist, and finance to prepare work program and budget for the approval process and monitoring.</li>
<li><b>Develop and maintain databases</b> to support technical studies across short, mid, and long-term plans.</li>
<li><b>Act as a representative</b> or focal point for collaboration with partners, the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, and the local Geological Society during regular meetings and special events.</li>
<li><b>Research technical topics </b>and news from articles and reports for continued education and knowledge sharing.</li>
<li><b>Participate in local conferences </b>and meetings in association with other geoscientists in the company, contributing to joint<br>
