Operational Management:<br>
<br>
<li>Supervise and coordinate daily drilling activities on-site.</li><br>

<li>Ensure correct rig set-up, alignment, and drilling practices for various formations.</li><br>

<li>Monitor drilling performance, penetration rates, and core recovery to optimize efficiency.</li><br>

<li>Troubleshoot technical and operational problems, including stuck rods, fluid loss, or unstable formations.</li><br>

<li>Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards are maintained. Inspect drill sites and work areas to confirm safety and address hazards before work begins.</li><br>

<li>Lead the drilling teams through toolbox talks at the start of Day &amp; Night shifts.</li><br>

<li>Verify pre-checks on all vehicles, equipment, and rigs before each shift.</li><br>

<li>Manage surface and underground drilling rig activities and closely monitor the field rig operations, including continuous performance improvements in both personnel and equipment. Ensure that performance and issues are recorded and reported.</li><br>

<li>Develop and implement a rigorous preventative maintenance schedule, leveraging data-driven insights to minimize equipment downtime and operational costs</li><br>

Team Leadership:<br>

Technical Oversight:<br>

Qualifications &amp; Experience:<br>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree Mining/ Geology is a plus.</li><br>

<li>Minimum 5 &ndash; 7 years&rsquo; experience in drilling operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.</li><br>

<li>Proven expertise in diamond core drilling and/or reverse circulation drilling.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Solid understanding of drilling fluids, downhole survey tools, and geological formations.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Strong knowledge of HSE practices in drilling operations.</li><br>

JOB DESCRIPTION:<br>
<br>
<li>Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards are</li><br>
<br>
maintained.<br>
<br>
<li>Ensures that mobile equipment&rsquo;s technical repair methods are implemented according to</li><br>
<br>
related Company standards (Standard Operating Procedures<br>
<br>
<li>Ensures constant communication and coordination with other Departments (Drilling</li><br>
<br>
Operation, Supply Chain, etc.) regarding equipment repairs availability, and spare parts.<br>
<br>
<li>Monitors equipment and maintenance KPI&rsquo;s (key performance indicators: machine</li><br>
<br>
availability, machine utilization, efficiency etc).<br>
<br>
<li>Provides efficient solutions for drill rig equipment repetitive breakdowns and guide</li><br>
<br>
mechanics/fitters to ensure timely implementation of necessary actions.<br>
<br>
<li>Ensures expected level of equipment performance by using modern maintenance</li><br>
<br>
methods (predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance etc.).<br>
<br>
<li>Monitors lifetime of drill rig equipment machines and submits report to immediate superior for machines needed to be restored.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Ensures planning of drill rig equipment maintenance budget.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Help , support and Carry out inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repairs on Surface exploration drill rigs</li><br>
<br>
<br>
QUALIFICATION:<br>
<br>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or technical with 10 years exp.</li><br>
<br>
<li>5+ years supervisory experience handling drill rig maintenance in mining operations.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written).</li><br>
<br>
<li>Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and Maintenance Software/Program.</li></div>
