Under the supervision of the Supply &amp; Services Manager, the Driver Operator Lead supervises and leads a team responsible for loading and unloading, transporting, receiving, storing, and inventory control of materials and merchandise, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Medium-Duty Trucks (5&ndash;13 tons), as well as vans, pickup trucks, and forklifts, in support of operational activities in Qatar.</div>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead a team to accomplish provided tasks to standard.</li><li>
Load, transport and offload furniture, materials and equipment.</li><li>
Receive and maintain items in the Warehouse</li><li>
Restock custodial and furnishing items</li><li>
Manual labor as required (packing, unpacking, shelving)</li><li>
Receive, store, and sort unserviceable equipment and supplies for disposal.</li><li>
Move or transports materiel or supplies to other departments, using Pallet Jack, Forklift or industrial truck</li><li>
Performs other duties and assignments as required.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Must hold a Qatar-issued driving license (Minimum: Medium Truck)</li></ul></li><li>
Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.<ul><li>
High School Diploma required</li><li>
Must have and maintain a local driver&rsquo;s license for all required vehicles and equipment.</li><li>
Has two (2) years&rsquo; experience as a Medium or Heavy truck driver.</li></ul></li><li>

Read, write and understand English</li><li>
Assist customer Logistic Specialist with inventory management reconciliation</li></ul></li><li>
Experience:<ul><li>

Working Environment:</li><li>
The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside.</li><li>
The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">

Driver Operator Lead

<div>Overview:
<div>
Leads an Aircraft Fire and Rescue crew at an airfield primarily serving rotary wing aircraft. Responsible for directing emergency crews at the scene of an emergency, conducting training sessions, and maintaining the preparedness of firefighters and EMT Basics/Paramedics for emergency responses.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for fire suppression, rescue, and medical emergencies at assigned duty location.</li><li>
Ensure the training and readiness of personnel to respond to emergency situations.</li><li>
Performs all required proficiency training.</li><li>
Leads personnel during emergency and non-emergency operations.</li><li>
Maintain adequate resources and ensure they are maintained in proper operation and in a mission-ready state at all times.</li><li>
Participates in daily roll call before the start of shift and any meetings requested by the Fire Chief or Designee.</li><li>
Maintains personnel shift rosters to ensure manning is equal to or greater than &ldquo;minimum manning&rdquo; as established within the departmental SOP.</li><li>
Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports in support of activities.</li><li>
Conducts internal training and participates in customer training events under the direction of the Aviation Safety Manager and the Flight Operations Manager.</li><li>
Ability to lead in potentially dangerous situations and make quick and sound decisions.</li><li>
Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.</li><li>
Ability to quickly perform and direct all functions in difficult and hazardous situations, without hesitation.</li><li>
Ability to comprehend and apply instructions and communicate information in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>

Ability to learn, apply and teach aircraft rescue and firefighting techniques and practices.</li><li>

Acts as the Senior Fire Officer (SFO) when Chief Officers are not available.</li><li>

Considerable knowledge of exit and safety procedures of various military and civilian rotary wing aircraft, and structural fire/alarm detection / suppression systems. Expert knowledge of aircraft rescue and firefighting techniques, practices, and equipment, as well as first aid and CPR.</li><li>
As part of the selection process, a physical will be conducted. Candidates must have normal color discrimination, visual acuity correctable to 20/20 in one eye, 20/30 in the other eye and not more than 20/200, each eye, uncorrected.</li><li>
Possesses a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li></ul><div>
