 </li>
 <li>
 The teacher is responsible for using the observations to plan and respond to the individual needs of the children and the group.

 Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and respect towards persons of different cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds.

 Responsible for designing a thoughtful classroom environment to optimize small and large group interactions, social learning, and constructive play.

Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment</li><li>
Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum with your teaching team</li><li>

Promote positive social behaviors and model respectful interactions</li><li>
Plan a balanced daily schedule with a mix of indoor/outdoor and active/quiet activities</li></ul><div>

What You&rsquo;ll Need:</div><ul><li>

Prior experience as a preschool lead teacher</li><li>
Strong classroom management skills (preferred)</li><li>
