Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. The qualified candidate will lead efforts to support their assigned programs and contribute to the CEMA Finance principal objectives. The candidate will be expected to provide financial support, expertise, and guidance to program managers, control account managers, and other cross-functional team members. The candidate will prepare timely and accurate program financial information and analysis for all programs within the assigned program areas which includes baseline planning and maintaining program baseline integrity, internal financial reporting, Earned Value Management, UPC reporting, LifeCycle Management compliance, program estimates at completion, financial salient forecasting, and supporting internal monthly program reviews. 
 
Specific Responsibilities of the position will include:<ul><li>
Involvement in developing and influencing program baselines through earned value management and developing a program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).</li><li>
Administer the contractual and internal requirements to support Control Account Manager (CAM) areas.</li><li>
Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting requirements.</li><li>
Reporting &amp; presenting financials to leadership in an accurate and concise manner.</li><li>
Serving as a full business partner to the program teams.</li><li>
Working with Control Account Managers (CAM) to establish and monitor program&rsquo;s budget through the use of earned value management or Unit Production Cost (UPC) reporting.</li><li>
Working with the contracts function for funding, billings, and other contractual items.</li><li>
Developing and monitoring program risks and opportunities.</li><li>
Developing financial forecasts and analyzing estimates at completion.</li><li>

Required Education, Experience, &amp; Skills 
 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, business administration, or related degree / equivalent experience and four (4) years of finance experience; or a Master&rsquo;s Degree and two (2) year of related experience.</li><li>
Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite with particular efficiency using Microsoft Excel.</li><li>
Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner.</li><li>
