Patient Ratios: </b>ECMO Specialist to pump ratio 1:3</p><p><b>
Department Specifics:</b> 10 dedicated ECMO beds located inside CTTICU, dedicated ICU physicians and ACNP coverage 24/7, 100% certification rate (CCRN, CSC), multiple research trials and publications, and 1 of 2 NTX ECMO programs with ECMO Specialist RN led transport teams.</p><div>

</p></li><li><p>Direct patient management experience (not including experience as an Abiomed field clinical) in one of the following scenarios:
