About The Role:

In this key position, you will be instrumental in the success of melin's Ecommerce business by overseeing all aspects of Merchandising and site experience. Your responsibilities include optimizing site merchandising through data analysis, ensuring timely and accurate product launches, improving AEO/GEO/SEO and product visibility, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. Additionally, you will stay updated with industry trends, research new market opportunities, and collaborate with various teams to align the website's visual presentation with brand guidelines and create compelling content. 


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

<li>Review sales and inventory data daily to optimize site merchandising based on sales and inventory trends, GTM launches, marketing communications, and product-related sales goals.</li>
<li>Ensure products are launched correctly and on time, with the appropriate information, scheduling, and categorization.</li>
<li>Ensure timely launch of GTM and product-related assets across online channels. Review and test assets and user experience cross-device and browser.</li>

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
