Position Summary: 
This role supports workforce training and operational readiness by developing curriculum, digital learning tools, and technology‑aligned programs such as those involving CBTC. It also manages administrative tasks, training systems, and event support to meet the needs of the electrical and stations teams. 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Performing administrative tasks and duties as required to meet the unit&rsquo;s business needs.</li><li>
Develop and maintain programs to support current and future operations involving technological changes such as CBTC.</li><li>
Help develop curriculum and digital classes by leveraging new technologies to help train the workforce.
</li><li>Utilize the Enterprise Learning Management system and Enterprise Asset Management System among others to help train the workforce along with running queries and reports.</li><li>
Support various training events and the development of curriculum to support the electrical and stations group.

Education and Experience: 
Assistant Transit Management Analyst I and II:
<ul><li>A master's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, accounting, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, human resources management, labor relations, operations research, security management or in a related area, or</li><li>
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience working in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, engineering, in management or methods of analysis, operations research, organization research or program evaluation, personnel or public administration, staff development, employment program planning or administration, security management; or general administration.</li></ul> 

Associate Transit Management Analyst:<ul><li>
A master's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, accounting, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, human resources management, labor relations, operations research, security management or in a related area, and one year of full‐time satisfactory professional experience working in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, engineering, in management or methods analysis, operations research, organizational research or program evaluation, personnel or public administration, staff development, employment program planning or administration, security management; or general administration; or</li><li>
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university; and three years of full-time satisfactory experience as described in &quot;1&quot; above.</li></ul>
