<div><div><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b><br>
</div><div>Liaison with School Systems and Affiliated Personnel. This role will cover 2 Club sites in Pitt County.<br>
</div><div>Serve as key education liaison between school faculty from assigned schools and the local Clubs, overseeing implementation of Club Academy and the education curriculum at the Club level.<br>
</div><div>Understand instructional methods of teachers in the classroom.<br>
</div><div>Maintain constant correspondence with school faculty.<br>
</div><div><b>Program Development</b><br>
</div><div>Assist in the continued development of Club Academy program concepts, goals, objectives, design, budget, and evaluation process.<br>

</div><div><b>Educational and Experience Requirements and Preferences</b><br>
</div><div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a regionally-accredited institution of higher learning.<br>
</div><div>Minimum five years of direct youth service experience and will have a demonstrable record of planning and implementing youth programs.<br>
</div><div>Two years of direct education experience and will have a demonstrable record of planning and implementing education programs.<br>
</div><div>Previous experience working with at-risk youth is preferred, as is a background in education.<br>

The Assistant Expanded Learning Site Director supports the planning and operations of a high-quality, personalized afterschool education and enrichment program for students, and upholds the mission and values of Aspire Public Schools. The After School Assistant Director is responsible for carrying out all administrative components of the afterschool program, including attendance, payroll and other reporting, communicating with parents, overseeing volunteers, ordering supplies, maintaining files and providing other logistical and clerical support to the After School Director as needed.</p><p><b>
