Job Description: <ul><li>Review and approve tutor audio samples based on regional and subject-specific standards. Conduct, monitor, and finalize technical interviews to assess subject knowledge and communication skills.</li><li>Plan and deliver training sessions to remote tutors to enhance teaching methodologies and virtual classroom effectiveness.</li><li>Organize and oversee first and final mock sessions to ensure tutors meet teaching quality benchmarks.</li><li>Provide onboarding and counseling support to newly hired tutors, addressing academic and professional concerns.</li><li>Deliver structured curriculum training sessions to in-house candidates for consistent content delivery.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Education, English, or a relevant subject field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in academic training, teaching, or tutor development &mdash; preferably in an online or EdTech environment.</li><li>Prior experience in conducting interviews, evaluations, or educational quality assurance will be an advantage.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Sound subject knowledge across academic curricula and the ability to assess teaching quality effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital training tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS portals).</li><li>Ability to plan, conduct, and monitor interactive training sessions and mock evaluations.</li><li>Empathetic and approachable personality with a knack for coaching, mentoring, and motivating educators.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Collaborative mindset &mdash; able to work effectively with recruitment, academic, and operations teams.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in curriculum training or teacher onboarding programs.</li><li>Background in educational counseling or teacher performance enhancement.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Can you join on an immediate basis? </li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>trainer : 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Lahore (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
