<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>The Inspector must have relevant technical qualification and must have not less than 7 years&rsquo; experience in the construction and supervision of Sewerage, Drainage and Irrigation Connections and Miscellaneous Works.</li></ul>
<ul><li>He must also have full and complete knowledge of existing sewerage, drainage and irrigation networks in the emirate of Dubai.</li></ul>
<ul><li>He must be well experienced in the survey work with modern instruments and in keeping site measurement records.</li></ul>
<ul><li>He must have well experience in Road Works and permanent reinstatements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>He must have full knowledge and experience in dealing with existing services.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Extensive knowledge and experience in the conduct of quality inspections with hands on experience of ISO9000 quality systems.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Solid experience in maintaining relevant records and generating activity reports.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions and</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinating responses.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering</li></ul>

Parsons is looking for an experienced <b>Works Inspector (Electrical)</b> to join our team! In this role, you will oversee and inspect daily site operations related to electrical construction, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.</p><p></p><p><b>
What You'll Be Doing:</b></p><ul><li>
Conduct thorough inspections of electrical construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Monitor and report on work progress, identifying potential delays or issues and recommending corrective actions to ensure the project remains on track.</li><li>
Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications.</li><li>

Strong understanding of electrical construction standards, codes, and regulations.</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office and inspection reporting software.</li><li>

Responsibilities Our newest opportunity is for a talented Electrical Inspector - Infrastructure to join our team based in Dubai, UAE. We envisage success in this role to include; Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner. Reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice. Reporting any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action. Monitoring quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and safety and health risk assessments. Maintaining records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required. Preparing surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events. Checking and ensure effective co-ordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines. Providing technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.
