Ensure all electrical works are executed in accordance with IEC standards, specifications, and local regulations.</li><li>
 Revise all project Documents, Outline drawing, Schematic drawing, Bill of material, Production file and as built drawings.</li><li>
Reading &amp; study electrical specifications and Project documents.</li></ul>
Quality, Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Oversee QA/QC processes for electrical installations and ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.</li><li>
Conduct technical audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure quality and performance.</li><li>
Support testing and commissioning (T&amp;C) of electrical systems and resolve technical issues during field execution.</li></ul>
Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Review and approve electrical design packages, shop drawings, detailed design and method statements, etc.</li><li>
Maintain accurate technical documentation including red-line drawings, test reports, and as-built records.</li><li>
Provide regular updates to the Technical Director on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.</li></ul>
Team Leadership<ul><li>
Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and coordinate workshops with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering.</li><li>
Minimum 12&ndash;15 years of experience in electrical engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity on utility or smart grid projects.</li><li>
Proven experience working with or coordinating with customers or similar utility clients.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, protection coordination.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with RTUs, RMUs, MV Switchgear, and substation automation systems.</li><li>
Fluent in English.</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE compliance, and regulatory frameworks.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).</li></ul><div></div><div>
