Revise preventive maintenance tasks to meet changing needs or to improve effectiveness.</li><li>Work directly with vendors, contractors, maintenance, and purchasing to plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance work.</li><li>Develop and continuously improve the preventative, predictive, and condition-based maintenance monitoring programs.</li><li>Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System to effectively manage work.</li><li>Identify, design, and implement changes/upgrades which will increase the productivity or reliability of the equipment or coordinate such activities.</li><li>Work with Maintenance and Engineering to plan for shutdowns and other project work.</li><li>Coordinate with purchasing and vendors to ensure parts availability.</li></ul>
