Job DescriptionJob Title: Electrical Supervisor Location: Project Site, Tharparkar, Sindh Reports to: Project ManagerJob PurposeThe Electrical Supervisor is responsible for managing and executing electrical and instrumentation (E&amp;I) project activities, including HV/LV switchgears, diesel generators, PLCs, SCADA, fire detection systems, conveyors, silo instruments, grounding, lightning protection, CCTV, and lighting systems. The role ensures timely, safe, and compliant delivery of E&amp;I works in collaboration with internal teams and contractors, while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise field execution of E&amp;I installations, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and timelines.</li><li>Conduct inspections, testing, and calibration of E&amp;I equipment and systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, fire detection, HV/LV systems).</li><li>Review QA/QC documentation and verify adherence to IEC/NEC and project standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with electrical safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, permits, confined space, hot work, etc.).</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, testing, commissioning, and site progress.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and warehouse for materials, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, civil, mechanical, HSE, and operations teams to resolve site challenges.</li><li>Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for electrical and instrumentation systems.</li><li>Act as first responder to electrical breakdowns and support emergency troubleshooting.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>% of E&amp;I tasks completed on time as per project schedule.</li><li>Compliance rate with approved drawings, QA/QC, and safety standards.</li><li>Timely submission of inspection, testing, and commissioning reports.</li><li>First-time pass rate in equipment testing and calibration.</li><li>Safety compliance (PPE usage, permits, zero violations).</li><li>Timely resolution of field issues, breakdowns, and commissioning punch-list items.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Knowledge RequirementsTechnical Skills:<ul><li>Proficient in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.</li><li>Skilled in fault detection, diagnostics, and calibration of control/safety devices.</li><li>Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, electrical diagrams, and instrumentation datasheets.</li><li>Experienced in managing field teams and coordinating safe project execution.</li><li>Knowledge of FAT/SAT procedures and hazardous zone compliance.</li></ul>Key Knowledge Areas:<ul><li>IEC, NEC, and other global E&amp;I standards.</li><li>PLCs, SCADA, and instrumentation integration.</li><li>Grounding, lightning protection, and electrical safety practices.</li><li>Conveyor instrumentation and bulk material handling systems.</li></ul>Leadership Competencies:<ul><li>Execution &amp; Collaboration (Advanced).</li><li>Adaptability &amp; Problem Solving (Strong).</li><li>Team management in multi-stakeholder environments.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum: DAE / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics (BE preferred).</li><li>Experience: 5&ndash;10 years in supervising E&amp;I construction/commissioning in industrial projects (power plants, mining, or heavy industries preferred).</li><li>Preferred Certifications: Electrical Safety (LOTO, HV), PLC/SCADA, HSE trainings.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Title: I&amp;C (Instrumentation &amp; Control) SupervisorLocation: Tharparkar, Sindh Department: Operations &amp; Maintenance / Engineering Reporting To: I&amp;C Manager / Maintenance LeadJob Purpose:To ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of all Instrumentation and Control systems.
