Conduct power system studies, including load flow, short circuit, and stability analyses</li><li>
Develop detailed engineering specifications, calculations, and technical reports</li><li>
Oversee project execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively</li><li>
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices</li><li>
Engage with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on electrical engineering matters</li><li>

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred</li><li>
Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems</li><li>
Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification; eligibility for UAE engineering registration</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of protection and control systems, relay configuration, and substation secondary systems</li><li>
Proven expertise in power system analysis, modeling, and simulation</li><li>
Strong project management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams</li><li>
Proficiency in industry-standard software tools for electrical design and analysis (e.g., ETAP, DIgSILENT, AutoCAD)</li><li>
In-depth understanding of international electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE)</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and analytical approach</li><li>
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams</li><li>
Experience working on projects in the Middle East is highly desirable</li><li>
Willingness to obtain necessary work authorization for the UAE, if not already held</li></ul>
