Responsible for coordinating and executing repairs, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on including, but not limited to, indoor lighting systems, electrical systems and apparatus, main power distribution systems and panel boards, outdoor facility lighting, construction projects and HVAC systems. Responds to emergency power and back-up systems failures. Monitors and tests various electrical systems. Coordinates inspections for contractor performed work in renovations and new construction projects. Locates electrical underground electrical utilities for various projects. Ensures personnel exhibit superior workmanship and focuses on a quality end product. Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all tasks are accomplished safely and with an emphasis on a quality. Provides direct mentorship for junior electricians. Verifies actual hours worked by personnel to accurately report manpower expenditure. Ensures personnel complete all tasks in accordance with local Safety, Environmental, and Health directives. Provides leadership and mentors junior personnel to develop appropriate skillsets. Addresses customer concerns in a prompt professional and courteous manner. Uses a Computer Maintenance Management System (Maximo) to correctly capture data related to maintenance work orders, preventative maintenance inspections, and emergency/urgent customer</div><div>
requests. Ensures personnel correctly capture data on maintenance work order requests and preventative maintenance inspection forms for upload into the Maximo database.</div>

Qualifications:

The candidate will identify electrical installations that do not comply with required codes and could contribute to deaths, injuries, fires and/or other electrical hazards. Although not limited in scope, the focus of the investigations shall be on ground fault circuit protection, building ground systems, and equipment bonding deficiencies. Re-inspection of corrected deficiencies may be required. Minor disassembly/reassembly of electrical components will be required (e.g. electrical panel board covers, switchboard front and rear covers, ground connections, etc.), and in selected instances where there are life threatening situations, the candidate will be required to assist with immediate repairs.</p><p>

</ul></div></div><p></p><div><p>The <b>AH64 Aircraft Technical Inspector</b> is responsible for maintaining the Quality Control, Environmental and Safety Programs at the field level in support of assigned aircraft and Support Equipment.</p><ul>
<li><p>
Inspect, remove, install, repair, replace, modify, disassemble, reassemble and calibrate complex aircraft mechanical and electromechanical systems in accordance with maintenance manuals, test procedures and other military publications.</p></li>
<li><p>
Perform the receiving, in-process, final quality, flight safety inspections and functional operational tests during organizational, intermediate and depot level maintenance, modification and repair of military tactical aircraft systems or associated components.</p></li>
<li><p>
Approve or reject work accomplished by field team members to ensure compliance with customer specifications, standards and technical data.</p></li>
<li><p>
Review and approve locally developed procedures and solutions to complex repair situations.</p></li>
<li><p>
Perform analysis of defects and interprets quality control rejection and failure trends.</p></li>
<li><p>
Monitor safety, training, and certification requirements.</p></li>
<li><p>
Using checklists, perform daily work site Safety Inspections and Foreign Object Damage Inspections.</p></li>
<li><p>
Monitor tool control programs, inspects and maintains records to ensure that measuring and test equipment meets calibration requirements.</p></li>
<li><p>
Maintain Quality, Safety, Training and Certification Records.</p></li>
<li><p>
Coordinate with the Customer Quality Assurance Representative concerning quality matters, mandatory inspection points and final acceptance inspection of contract end items or services.</p></li>
<li><p>
Inspect forms and records related to aircraft maintenance.</p></li>
<li><p>
Perform other qualified duties as assigned.</p></li>

Minimum Requirements:</p><ul>
<li><p>
High school diploma or equivalent.</p></li>
<li><p>
U.S. military technical school or specialized training course is desired, certification of education level is required</p></li>
<li><p>
Shall have (5) five years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience.</p></li>
<li><p>
Shall have at least (1) one-year experience inspecting AH64 aircraft assigned.</p></li>
<li><p>
Shall possess a Federal Aviation Administration (<b>FAA</b>) Airframe and Powerplant License (<b>A&amp;P</b>) <b>Certificate is Preferred.</b></p></li>
<li><p>
If no A&amp;P, shall have a minimum Five (5) years experience as an Aircraft Inspector on the AH64 airframe they will be inspecting.</p></li>
<li><p>
If no IA, shall have a minimum Five (5) year experience as an aircraft inspector on the AH64 airframe they will be inspecting.</p></li>
<li><p>
Must be in possession of a U.S. Passport and be able to travel internationally with minimum 6 blank pages and 2 plus year validity on expiration date of passport at the time of hiring</p></li>

Must be able to obtain and maintain facility Public Trust NAC-I. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility Public Trust NAC-I at this work location.</p></li>

Must be able to pass CENTCOM Medical requirements for deployment (attend CRC)</p></li>
