Other hours may be required to meet deadlines or during the start-up and testing of new systems.</li></ul><p>Overall, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive significant growth and innovation within the organization and serve our client&rsquo;s needs.</p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (OR solid experience managing industrial electrical installations).</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of electrical project oversight experience in similar facility</li><li>construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical construction processes, laws, standards, and regulations.</li><li>Successful background maintaining high safety standards and delivering quality</li><li>outcomes.</li><li>Strong electrical background in industrial construction or manufacturing is required.</li><li>Good understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and change management.</li><li>Prior experience managing portions of commercial or industrial project scopes of at least $15M in value.</li><li>Experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred but not required.</li><li>Technical familiarity with the following types of facilities systems:</li></ul><p>- Medium-, and low-voltage industrial power distribution, including substations and switchgear, transformers, cables, cable trays, and terminations</p><p>- Power and control systems for fire alarms, boilers, air compressors, HVAC, pumps, lifting systems, etc.</p><p>- Industrial interior and exterior lighting</p><p>- Fire protection, cameras, data, and security systems</p><p>- Knowledge and experience with control system components and wiring would be beneficial. Provide leadership that results in a safe, positive, and respectful work culture amongst the crews.</li><li>
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in laying out, installing, and repairing of wiring, conduit, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment to ensure that work is performed safely, correctly, and timely.</li><li>
Inspects quality of all work to ensure company standards and project specifications are met.</li><li>
Reviews materials received at jobsite to ensure it is correct and not defective.</li><li>
Ensure that all initial safety and hazard assestments (JHA's and Worksite Safety Inspections) are completed before work begins.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills; ability to assist workers respectfully. Analyze &amp; resolve work-related problems.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and manage multiple employees and projects at one time.</li><li>
Some travel is required but limited. Per Diem would be included.</li></ul></div><div><br>
<b>
Education and Experience</b><ul><li>
4 - 6 years' experience</li><li>
Experience with instrument calibration is a plus.</li><li>
NCCER certification or completion of a related program through an accredited technical school.</li></ul><br>
<b>
Work Environment/Physical Demands</b><ul><li>
Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, twist, and bend for extended periods of time.</li><li>
Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects.</li><li>
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors including times of inclement weather.</li><li>
Ability to climb in overhead structures, to work beneath machines and in close quarters performing analysis and repair work.</li><li>
Must be highly safety conscious and have ability to see and escape from dangerous situations.</li><li>
Ability to climb a ladder and step into various pieces of equipment.</li></ul><br>
