Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical based new product engineering or a similar role, with at least 4 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

Power Electronics background and/or product control system development experience preferred. Experience in software and firmware development is a plus.
