  As a Site Superintendent, you&rsquo;ll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to the highest standards of quality and safety.

   Your Role
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Supervise and manage all on-site MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications, consultant instructions, and local authority regulations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate material submittals, drawings, and documentation while maintaining updated registers for audits and project tracking.
  </li>
  <li>
   Enforce HSE and QA/QC requirements through method statements, risk assessments, inspections, and continuous site monitoring.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor long-lead items, verify material deliveries, and escalate any issues affecting project timelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage drawing control, issue revisions, and maintain accurate records of site changes and as-built updates.
  </li>
  <li>
   Track labour productivity, site delays, constraints, and submit weekly progress reports to senior management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support testing, commissioning activities, and preparation of close-out documents in line with project requirements.
  </li>
 </ul>

  This role is full-time and follows a

   Monday to Saturday
  </strong>
  work week, typical for project-based positions in our industry.

   What We&rsquo;re Looking For
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP site supervision within the construction or electromechanical industry
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and industry standards
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven leadership ability and experience managing site teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  </li>
