Track inventory, coordinate with procurement teams for deliveries, and manage any material shortages to prevent work stoppages.</li><li>Budget &amp; Cost Control: Monitor project costs to ensure that the electrical work stays within the budget. Work with the project manager to address any cost overruns, manage labor costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.</li><li>Client &amp; Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project managers, and other stakeholders on the job site. Communicate project status, any issues or delays, and ensure that client expectations are met. Address and resolve any client concerns on-site.</li><li>Problem Solving &amp; Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise on the job site, such as design discrepancies, unforeseen conditions, or resource shortages. Work with the project manager and other stakeholders to find effective solutions.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work performed, materials used, manpower hours, and any issues encountered. Submit regular progress reports to the project manager and keep detailed logs for project tracking and future reference.</li><li>Project Close-Out: Ensure that all electrical work is completed according to project specifications and that the job is ready for final inspection. Assist with the preparation of as-built drawings, warranty documentation, and any other necessary close-out documentation for the client.</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (required). An associate&rsquo;s degree or certification in construction management or electrical technology is preferred.</li><li>5+ years of experience as a superintendent, foreman, or similar role in electrical contracting, with experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects.</li><li>Relevant certifications, such as OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR, and Electrical Journeyman/Master Electrician credentials (preferred).</li></ul><p><b>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p>
<ul><li>Reviewing the Electrical Energization Safety Program with the electrical contractor and commissioning authority</li></ul>
<ul><li>Organizing and scheduling safety meetings before specific sites are energized</li></ul>
<ul><li>Compliance analysis of all field hands in an energized setting</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work based on NFPA 70E, OSHA, or an accepted qualified electrical safety training standard.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reviewing craft labor and sub-contractor AHA&rsquo;s.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Confirming receipt of rigorous lock out tag out protocols</li></ul>
<ul><li>Tracking and confirming all required QA/QC is complete and documentation has been submitted.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reviewing the daily Pre-Task Plan for energization activities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Implementing daily safety briefing for pre work for on field daily tasks</li></ul>
<ul><li>Confirming all pre-energization steps have been completed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Daily sites walks with energizing staff</li></ul>
<ul><li>Performing end-of-day walks to ensure all equipment and hot points are secure and safe</li></ul>
<ul><li>Confirming adequate signage and barriers are installed for electrical rooms and spaces with energized equipment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Confirming an adequate access control plan is in place for electrical rooms and spaces with energized equipment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain master energization schedule</li></ul>
<ul><li>Enforce LOTO Procedures</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop a safe and secure energy isolation plan</li></ul><br>

REQUIRED EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:</p>
<ul><li>BA/BS + 5 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education</li></ul>
<ul><li>Able to understand the safe installation of electrical equipment and various voltages, equipment types, and AC/DC systems</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge of pressurized mechanical lines, compressed gas and air.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in construction and electrical commissioning standards and practices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience communicating complex technical solutions and concepts to engineers and non-engineers.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure audit site practices against written standards as part of assurance role.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to Interpret line drawings and system redundancies to ensure design of LOTO systems are 100% effective and in compliance with customer standards.</li></ul><br>
