 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for all electrical systems within the plant.

 Troubleshoot and repair faults in power and control circuits, including MV/LV systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, switchgear, UPS, battery chargers, and control panels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate maintenance activities with mechanical, production and instrumentation to minimize downtime.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance work, including job reports, material requests, and work completion records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements for reliability and efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and enforce plant safety procedures and electrical isolation (LOTO) practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train and guide electricians and technicians to improve technical competence and work efficiency.
