Job Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Setup CEMS systems in our shop including wiring and tubing for Gas sample probe connections, gas calibration system, electrical power connections, leak check systems. Verify point-to-point connectivity for all wiring. Test all functions of CEMS system I/O logic, including calibrating analytical instrumentation, verifying accurate readings through the PLC, Data Logger, and DAHS.</li>
<li>Document all Q/A testing in the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) book.</li>
<li>Review electrical and mechanical as-built drawings. Verify the system matches the drawings and redline any errors or changes.</li>
<li>Communicate with the Production and Engineering departments on system design and assembly issues.</li>
<li>Maintain communications with the project team throughout the testing phase.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects through the Test phase with dynamic schedules and competing demands.</li>
<li>Use handheld test equipment (Multi-Meters, Signal Generators, HART) to perform required testing.</li>
<li>Perform repairs as needed.</li>
<li>Attend required Safety training as needed.</li>
<li>Overtime is often necessary.</li>
<li>Possible/minimal travel to job sites.</li></ul></div>
