 Position Responsibilities
 
 
 
 As a Journeyman Electrician supporting Task Force SAFE, the candidate shall provide electrical inspection, repair, installation, maintenance, and construction expertise. The candidate shall perform electrical system assessments on facilities throughout the CENTCOM AOR including several thousand hardstand buildings and several thousand semi-permanent and temporary facilities and hundreds of facilities under construction.
 
 
 The candidate will identify electrical installations that do not comply with required codes and could contribute to deaths, injuries, fires and/or other electrical hazards. Although not limited in scope, the focus of the investigations shall be on ground fault circuit protection, building ground systems, and equipment bonding deficiencies. Re-inspection of corrected deficiencies may be required. Minor disassembly/reassembly of electrical components will be required (e.g. electrical panel board covers, switchboard front and rear covers, ground connections, etc.), and in selected instances where there are life threatening situations, the candidate will be required to assist with immediate repairs.

<div><div>C3EL is seeking a Help Desk Tier I Support to join our team in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for resolving technical issues by providing timely troubleshooting, guidance, and support for computers, networks, and related systems. You'll deliver clear, customer-focused assistance while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
<ul>
<li>Perform laptop imaging and deployment.</li>
<li>Conduct basic IP and network connectivity troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Create and manage user accounts within a Microsoft domain environment.</li>
<li>Add and remove computers from the domain.</li>
<li>Assign users to appropriate groups and apply necessary permissions.</li>
<li>Create and manage Exchange mailboxes.</li>
<li>Diagnose and resolve user email-related issues.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and configure printers, including mapping shared printers.</li>
<li>Document all support actions and troubleshooting steps for reporting and tracking purposes.</li></ul>

<div><div><div><ul><li>An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.</li>
<li>Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience with IT systems.</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of four (4) years in IT customer support.</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a military environment.</li>
<li>Must have one (1) of the following required certifications: A+CE or CCNA-Security or CND or Network+CE or SSCP.</li>
<li>Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.</li></ul>
