 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical &amp; ELV).
 
 
 Develop coordinated drawings based on IFC drawings and consultant comments.
 
 
 Revise drawings as per site feedback.
 
 
 Prepare as-built drawings.
 
 
 Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards (DEWA, Civil Defense, Municipality).
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
 
 
 Minimum 3 years experience in UAE MEP projects.
 
 
 Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination.
 
 
 Must have own high-performance PC/laptop and stable high-speed internet.
 
 
 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Role SummaryThe MEP Draftsman is responsible for preparing, developing, and coordinating detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings for fit-out and interior projects.
