Essential Duties and Responsibilities</div><div></div><div> 
AV Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Read and interpret electronic schematics, system drawings, and architectural blueprints</li><li>
Perform preventative maintenance on a wide range of AV systems including professional projectors, video servers, LED walls, and digital signage systems</li><li>
Clean and maintain AV equipment including (but not limited to) camera lenses, monitors, racks, filters, and equipment fans</li><li>
Accurately complete job documentation, service reports, redlines, and handover documentation as required</li><li>
Field installation, commissioning, and servicing of control systems and programs (Crestron, Q-SYS, MediaLon, firmware updates, etc.), including upload/download and validation</li><li>
Provide field service support for networked AV systems, including routers, switches, VLANs, IP addressing, and basic network troubleshooting</li><li>
Perform service and installation tasks in a timely and quality-conscious manner including:</li><li><ul><li>
Pulling and terminating cables</li><li>
Installing connectors and faceplates</li><li>
Mounting projectors, displays, LED panels, and ceiling mounts</li></ul></li><li>
Maintain and troubleshoot advanced video systems including 7thSense, Pixera, Scalable Displays, Watchout, and digital signage platforms</li><li>
Setup, configure, and troubleshoot video conferencing and collaboration systems (codecs, cameras, microphones, speakers, control interfaces)</li><li>
Provide end-user training and basic operational guidance for installed AV systems</li><li>
Support and mentor junior service technicians and installers when required</li><li>
Adhere to site-specific HSE and client safety standards across all phases of work</li><li>

Install, test, and troubleshoot ELV systems including:</li><li><ul><li>
Structured cabling (Cat6 / Cat6A / fiber optic)</li><li>
CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches)</li><li>
Access control systems (card readers, door controllers, magnetic locks)</li><li>
Intercom and video intercom systems</li><li>
Public Address (PA) and background music systems</li><li>
Master clock and time synchronization systems</li></ul></li><li>
Perform ELV cable pulling, containment installation (tray, trunking, conduit), dressing, labeling, and termination to industry standards</li><li>
Test and certify structured cabling using approved test equipment and provide results where required</li><li>
Interpret ELV layouts, riser diagrams, schematics, and as-built drawings</li><li>
Integrate ELV systems with AV and IT infrastructure where applicable</li><li>
Coordinate with main contractors, MEP teams, IT teams, and client representatives on ELV-related works</li><li>
Ensure ELV installations comply with local authority standards and client HSE requirements</li><li>
