<p><b>What you'll be working on:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits</li>
<li>Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits</li>
<li>Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities</li>
<li>Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams</li>
<li>Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures</li>
<li>Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification</li>
<li>In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:</li>
<li><ul><li>2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting</li>
</ul></li><li>State licensed in Washington, DC, obtained by your One Medical start date</li></ul><br>

The base salary range for this role is $135,700 - $162,200 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Our dedicated team here is responsible for maintaining and servicing the HVAC mechanical and related control systems for multiple buildings across the site.</p><br>

As a <b>Controls Technician</b>, you will:</p><br>
<ul>
<li>Perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, point-to-point checkouts, troubleshooting and/or replacement of HVAC controls systems (BAS systems) and related mechanical equipment; most work will involve Johnson Controls Metasys and Distech controls</li>
<li>Diagnose and repair a variety of electronic and digital control system malfunctions</li>
<li>Test and perform modifications to systems software when needed</li>
<li>Assist with sketching and documenting field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and drawings</li>
<li>Provide training and associated manuals and documentation to customers on electronic control systems operations</li>
<li>Help mechanical staff troubleshoot issues and may help with minor mechanical maintenance</li>
<li>Ensure work performed complies with company, federal regulations, industry standards and guidelines, and customer requirements</li>
<li>Compile project documentation, such as certificate of completion, customer training forms, training certificates and punch lists</li>
<li>Conduct self-study (reading, research and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in company's product lines; completes certifications as required</li>
<li>Read and properly interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and operational product manuals</li>
<li>Adhere to Johnson Controls and customer safety standards, provide safety awareness leadership and instruction to technicians and subcontractors on Johnson Controls work sites</li></ul><br>

Required Qualifications:</b></p><br>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience working with HVAC Controls (Direct Digital Controls), VAV's, VRF's, or other related systems and equipment</li>
<li>Knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital controls systems, HVAC controls systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniques</li>
<li>The ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances and/or badges as required to perform site duties. (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit check.)</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Preferred Experience:</b></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Technical knowledge and experience working with Johnson Controls Metasys, Tridium Niagara, or Distech Direct Digital Control (DDC) system</li>
<li>Programming and/or troubleshooting various brands of HVAC controls products is highly desired (Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, Delta, Distech, Carrier, ALC, Andover)</li>
<li>Experience with BAS communication protocols including at least one of the following: BACnet MSTP, BACnet IP, N2, P1, Modbus, and/or LON</li>
<li>Experience using SMP, SCT, and/or CCT</li></ul><br>
