MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p><p></p><p>
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.</p><p></p><p>
Must possess a current and valid Paramedic certification or license within the state of practice and maintenance thereafter. Current BLS and ACLS certification is required. PALS is required if working in the Emergency Department or with Pediatric population. Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on specialty of practice.
</p><p>Moderate experience typically gained through 2-4 years relevant work experience OR 12-18 months in an educational program.</p><p><br>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p><p></p><p>
FP-C or CCT-P Certification if working in ICU, Burn or CVCU.</p><p><br>
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.</p><p></p><p><b>
