The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.<br>
Essential Functions</div>

8. Enrolls, makes changes to and terminates employees' coverage in medical, dental, short term disability, long term disability and life insurance benefits through timely maintenance of carrier websites.<br>
9. Researches and resolves employee benefits and payroll issues and other concerns as needed.<br>
10. Examines and updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information and answer inquiries for payroll and other authorized persons.<br>
11. Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.<br>
12. Computes wages and records data for use in payroll processing.<br>
13. Compiles and maintains records for use in employee benefits administration.<br>
14. Manages temporary staffing orders and acts as primary contact for employment agencies.<br>
15. Reconciles temporary agency invoices in a timely manner. Researches and resolves issues as necessary.<br>
16. Tracks attendance and recommends discipline as necessary.<br>
17. Maintains the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) logs.<br>
