Primary Role:
The Employee Benefits Account Manager works collaboratively with the Producer, Account Executive and Account Administrator managing a book of business. Coordinates and provides day-to-day service for employee benefits clients by maintaining client relationships, supporting client retention, maintaining strong carrier relationships and understanding client needs. Serves as day to day contact and provides resolution for client questions and issues.

Manages projects in concert with the client including, but not limited to, all vendor implementation</li><li>

Facilitates preparation of open enrollment (OE) packets including SBCs and disclosure notices, when not completed by Account Administrator.</li><li>

If there is no Account Executive on the team, develops open enrollment presentations and conducts benefits webinars and/or records Brainshark presentations for employees and HR Managers.</li><li>
Orders supplies from carriers, and reviews for accuracy</li><li>
Manages new carrier, plan or vendor implementation including benefits administration system build-out and project management</li><li>
Installs and regularly updates client specific data in BenefitPoint</li><li>
Performs contract review and facilitates preparation of SPD Wraps, Cafeteria and POP Plan documents.</li><li>
Facilitates 5500 preparation</li><li>
Prepares master group files, client contact sheet, and maintains carrier files</li><li>
Handles Renewal Prep</li><li>
Assists in the RFP process as needed, such as proposal development including preparing census, entering and updating pivotal information as needed, on-line quoting, and Marketing a group when requested</li><li>
Provide mentorship with Account Administrator/Assistant Plan Analyst were applicable</li><li>
Coordinates client contact changes with Producer/Account Executive</li><li>
Organizes client meetings with other team members</li><li>

Job Summary

HR-Total Rewards ManagerThe HR Total Rewards Manager is responsible for leading the HR Department in aligning business objectives with the competitive company benefits, compensation, and rewards. This position will seek to maintain relationships with all departments to best service them in handling of worker&rsquo;s compensation claims and other related matters.This role will develop, maintain, and grow the employee Benefits Administration, Government, and Compliance online modules for Employees. The Total Rewards Manager will consistently develop the best value compensation, benefits, and rewards programs for Employees in compliance with company policies, procedures, and culture.Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage, assess and benchmark competitive benefits, compensation, and rewards programs that strengthen the organization&rsquo;s ability to attract and retain employees and deliver desired results to the organization</li><li>Manage enrollment, renewal, and delivery of benefits programs to include medical, pharmacy, vision, dental, disability, life insurance, employee assistance programs, retirement and other programs</li><li>Effectively plan and execute the implementation and administration of all benefit plans including annual open enrollment efforts</li><li>Optimize value of robust wellness programming to health plan results, productivity, organizational performance and EO quality of life</li><li>Perform analytical studies in a variety of compensation areas, such as internal and external equity, competitive pay practices, and emerging trends to recommend engagement and retention strategies</li><li>Support the processing, administration, and analysis of the annual compensation review cycle, including preparation, review, and delivery of merit letters, validating salary increases, and reconciling incentive and merit files to be processed by Payroll</li><li>Assist with the development of and delivery of Total Rewards Statements</li><li>Advanced knowledge of ACA, COBRA, EEO, ERISA, HIPPA, FLSA, FMLA, GINA and that Company practices are in-line with applicable regulatory requirements; ESOP working knowledge</li><li>Review, examine, investigate, and analyze worker&rsquo;s compensation claims, inform management, third party claims handlers, and other relevant stakeholders of an injured employee&rsquo;s work restrictions and coordinate appropriate accommodations, communicate effectively with all parties involved ensuring a successful return-to-work</li><li>Communicate actively with Accounting, Finance, Operations, HR and other departments to review cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Related BS degree required; advanced degree and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Certified Workers Compensation Professional (CWCP) preferred</li><li>8 plus years of experience within Human Resources or People Operations, driving the strategic design and execution of compensation, equity, and benefits programs in line with business objectives, financial goals, and cultural norms, assuring internal equity and external competitiveness</li><li>Measure key compensation and benefit program metrics by regularly benchmarking company programs and monitoring external trends to proactively recommend adjustments to company plans and programs to ensure market competitiveness</li><li>Manage and provide guidance to the merit increase process, recommendations to salary structures, assist with variable pay, and other incentive programs to ensure alignment with the company's goals, initiatives, and budget and integrity of associated Payroll processes</li><li>Ability to confidentially and professionally handle sensitive material and processes</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)</li></ul>Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA and emerging regulatory issues requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Relocation assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Benefits administration: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Total Rewards: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
