Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Compensation strategy and design:</li>
<li><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs to align with the company's overall strategy.</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking using industry surveys to ensure salary ranges and total rewards remain competitive.</li>
<li>Lead job evaluation and job analysis processes to ensure accurate and consistent job leveling and classification across the organization.</li>
</ul></li><li>Benefits administration:</li>
<li><ul><li>Administer all employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans (like GOSI contributions for Saudi nationals), and allowances (housing, transport, education).</li>
<li>Manage relationships with external vendors for benefit programs, including negotiation and renewals.</li>
<li>Ensure the administration of statutory benefits, such as paid leave, sick leave, maternity leave, and end-of-service gratuity, in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.</li>
<li>Communicate benefit programs and changes to employees effectively.</li>
</ul></li><li>Compliance and policy:</li>
<li><ul><li>Ensure all compensation and benefits policies comply with Saudi labor laws and the Wage Protection System (WPS).</li>
<li>Track and analyze C&amp;B data using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to assess program effectiveness, budget adherence, and market trends.</li>
<li>Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior leadership to support data-driven decisions.</li>
<li>Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness, equity, and compliance.</li>

Qualifications<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Finance. A relevant master's degree or certifications like CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) are often preferred.</li>
<li>Experience: Typically requires 4&ndash;6 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with more for senior roles.</li>
<li>Technical expertise:</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li>
<li>Experience with HRIS systems like SAP, Oracle, or other compensation management software.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local market trends.</li>
