The Employee Experience Specialist is a mid&ndash;senior level subject matter expert responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling employee experience programs across the full employee lifecycle. This role owns end-to-end onboarding and engagement processes, leveraging data analytics, HR technology, and automation tools to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This position strengthens CoServ&rsquo;s talent ecosystem by creating a seamless, branded new-hire journey; generating actionable insights; maintaining high-quality HR data standards; and supporting strategic HR initiatives that enhance connection, belonging, and retention.

Responsibilities

Primary Position Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Leads the full-cycle onboarding experience, ensuring every new hire receives a consistent, high-quality Day 1 and first 90-day journey.</li>
<li>Manages background checks and all pre-employment readiness tasks.</li>
<li>Coordinates start dates and onboarding logistics in partnership with the Recruiting Specialist, Learning &amp; Development, and Hiring Managers.</li>
<li>Ensures completion and accuracy of all new-hire documentation on Day 1 and oversees follow-up on outstanding items.</li>
<li>Maintains structured 30/60/90-day feedback loops and conducts recurring check-ins with new hires and leaders to monitor integration, identify needs, remove barriers, and support successful assimilation</li>
<li>Maintains and updates standardized onboarding tools, templates, and internal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the employment brand.</li>
<li>Delivers data-driven insights to HR leadership and recommends employee experience programs that strengthen belonging</li>
<li>Maintains employee records, including VOE requests and documented file accuracy.</li>
<li>Utilizes HR technology, reporting tools, automation, and AI solutions to streamline and elevate HR processes.</li>
<li>Maintains and continuously updates HR process documentation to support operational consistency.</li>
<li>Oversees internship program execution, ensuring a structured, high-quality candidate and intern experience.</li>
<li>Serves as the point of contact for interns and leaders, coordinating communication, onboarding, and engagement.</li>
<li>Complies with established CoServ safety and operating rules, procedures, and guidelines, including reporting unsafe practices to a supervisor.</li>
<li>Complies with established CoServ Information Security Handbook, policies, procedures, and guidelines, including reporting suspected information security incidents to Tech Support.</li>

Position Requirements 

Education, Experience, and Certifications Required

<li>High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalency.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources Management or other related field or 5+ years of progressive business experience.</li>
<li>Seven (7) years of experience in Human Resources.</li>
<li>Proven experience in applying and interpreting HR laws and employment practices.</li>

Work Environment: 
The majority of the job duties will be performed at various locations. However, some work may be performed at home-like setting or community facilities with the potential of exposure to infections disease. Universal precautions are required to minimize the risk of infections. Work sites may include locations that are not barrier-free. Duties are performed in an environment where the potential for physical aggression from residents exists. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
 p.m. Some night and weekend work may be required to provide training to staff who work evening and weekend shifts.
 
Travel: 
Travel up to 75% of the schedule to provide on-site training at various Beacon locations as assigned.
 
Education and Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor's degree preferred in Instructional design, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.</li>
<li>Two years of experience as a trainer/training facilitator, educator, or similar role.</li>
<li>Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.</li>

<li>Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.</li>
