We are seeking an experienced and people-centered Employee Relations Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for fostering a positive, respectful, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture across our organization of approximately 400 employees.

The Employee Relations Manager serves as a trusted advisor to managers and staff, providing guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and policy interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications/Job Experience Requirements<ul><li>
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2&ndash;3 years focused on employee relations or workplace issue resolution.</li><li>
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations best practices.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in partnering with front-line and mid-level leaders to drive effective resolutions and build managerial capability.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Experience in a shared services or service delivery model preferred; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment required.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and recommend systemic solutions.</li></ul>
