 The Employee Relation officer is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by managing employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and supporting organizational policies.  Qualification:

 MSW/ MA HRM /PG Diploma in HR
 </li>
 <li>
 4&ndash;10 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, grievance and HR policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
 </li>
