We are seeking a strategic and creative Employer Branding Specialist to develop and execute employer brand initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top talent. The successful candidate will partner with Talent Acquisition, People &amp; Culture, and Marketing to strengthen the company&rsquo;s reputation as an employer of choice across target talent markets and touchpoints.

This role will lead employer brand storytelling, manage candidate and employee experience programs, oversee content and social media related to talent marketing, and measure impact to continuously improve attraction and engagement outcomes.

<li>Coordinate employer brand events, campus engagement, and recruitment marketing activations to build relationships with talent communities.</li>

<h5 class="jobSectionHeader">Measurement, Analytics &amp; Continuous Improvement</h5>

<li>Develop metrics and reporting to measure employer brand performance (e.g., awareness, engagement, candidate quality, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, retention).</li>
<li>Use data and feedback to iterate on campaigns and programs, demonstrating ROI and recommending prioritization of initiatives.</li>
<li>Maintain documentation of employer brand guidelines, toolkits, and best practices for internal use.</li>
