Within the Home Energy Performance (HEP) program, this role focuses on advancing energy efficiency improvements in existing homes through comprehensive home energy assessments and retrofit solutions. The EEC works closely with homeowners and contractors, to identify cost-effective weatherization measures and other efficiency opportunities. This includes promoting whole-home performance approaches, increasing customer adoption of recommended measures, and ensuring projects are completed to program standards. The role supports increased participation, enhanced customer experience, and improved energy savings while helping to transform the existing residential housing stock.

Senior Financial Analyst - expected salary range of $97,200 to $108,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). 
Financial Analyst - expected salary range of $78,300 to $87,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Responsibilities:

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Sr. Financial Analyst has the lead day-to-day responsibility for managing and controlling O&amp;M and capital costs. This role will support accurate planning, reporting and analysis of operations. This position entails increased scope and complexity including fleet wide special projects. Must be able to fulfill ad hoc requests from various internal and external sources to support decision-making and provide necessary insight to executives, managers, department heads and line personnel. Individual must be flexible, proactive and able to work with ambiguity. Individual must be able to commit to the time requirements of this position, which may demand extended hours as required. 
FINANCIAL ANALYST - PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION<div><div><div><div>
Actively participates in the accurate planning, reporting and analysis functions. This position will also be utilized to adequately fulfill ad hoc requests from various internal and external sources to support decision-making. This includes providing direct input and support to directors, department heads, and line personnel in assigned area.</div></div></div></div> 
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES<ul><li>
Provide financial analysis and reporting for management on major capital and O&amp;M cost drivers. Work with personnel to control and manage costs. Forecast performance against goals, plans and budgets. Bring a financial perspective to daily operations. Prepare and review month-end, quarterly and full-year forecast/reports up to and including: executive reporting packages, monthly financial close packages, quarterly management meeting presentations</li><li>
Lead each monthly financial closing (pre and post close work), providing all required reporting to corporate center and site management. Ensure proper accounting treatment is followed and monitor adherence to corporate policies and procedures. Prepare various periodic reports to communicate performance in areas such as contracted services, overtime and other.</li><li>
Develop the long-range financial plan.</li><li>
Review and process Capital and other Project Request proposals. Monitor and report on Project spend.</li><li>
Perform cost reporting - planning &amp; tracking</li><li>
Perform periodic Ad-hoc reporting and analyses.</li><li>
Work with Manger to develop and oversee the work product of more junior financial analysts in the group and provide training and guidance as required. Perform complex special projects at the request of Management.</li></ul> 
FINANCIAL ANALYST - PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES<ul><li>
Prepare the month-end, quarterly and full-year forecast/reports, including: reporting packages (Executives, Internal, other business units), monthly financial close package, monthly scorecard and financial performance indicators, quarterly management meeting presentation, Board of Directors meeting presentation, ensuring that capital and EBIT forecasts are properly reflected in planning tools. And working with financial system team to mitigate/resolve forecasting and planning concerns</li><li>
Assist in preparation of various reports and data requests and answers ad-hoc requests for internal and external reporting customers. Routinely communicate actual performance compared to budget/plan/goals</li><li>
Functioning as a member of Exelon finance Team with responsibilities for ensuring a financial perspective is brought to daily operations, proper classification (O&amp;M vs Capital) and treatment is followed, and compliance with all managerial policies.</li><li>
Liaison to business units to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of information exchange</li><li>
Participates in the annual budgeting process and assist in updating long-range and budget planning models.</li></ul> 
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
4 year degree in a business-related field with 5 to 8 years business-related experience and demonstrated success in finance or business operations.</li><li>
Effective financial analysis skills, combined with effective written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Exposure to accounting principles, financial metrics and financial statement relationships</li><li>
Working knowledge of Business Operations &amp; industry practices.</li><li>
Thorough computer-base analytical skill (e.g. Access, Excel, Power Point, database management)</li></ul>
FINANCIAL ANALYST - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
4-year degree in financial related field and 2 to 5 years relevant experience.</li><li>
Analytical understanding of finance and accounting</li><li>
Effective written skills</li><li>
Thorough computer base analytical skills (Microsoft Office)</li></ul>
