Real-Time traders in Bellevue negotiate hourly energy transactions at various trading hubs across the Western US. Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training determine individual pay within the range. You may be hired at entry, mid, or senior level - $79,464 - $107,510; $119,122 - $161,165; $129,418 - $175,094, with an annual target short-term incentive rate of 30% of base salary based on corporate, team, and individual performance.</p><p>
