Real-Time traders in Bellevue negotiate hourly energy transactions at various trading hubs across the Western US. <b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b><br>

<li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field</li>
<li>Certifications (at least one required):</li>
<li>Certified Energy Manager (CEM)</li>
<li>Certified Energy Auditor (CEA)</li>
<li>Professional Engineer (PE)</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, energy management, or real estate sustainability.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.</li>
<li>Experience in energy tracking software and reporting tools for compliance and savings verification.</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills, with experience managing maintenance teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.</li>
<li>Able to travel throughout the five boroughs as needed.</li>
<li>Ability to respond to 24-hour emergencies by phone.</li>
