Demands and Environment</b><br>

This position involves both office and field work. While much of the work is sedentary, investigative duties may require standing, walking, driving, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.</li><li>

Education, Certification and/or License</b><br>

Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related field;<br>

Valid North Dakota Driver&rsquo;s License required.<br>
Background investigations preferred.

Must possess a clean personal background and employment history suitable for credibility in court testimony and for access to sensitive or confidential information.<br>

<b>Knowledge, Skills and Experience</b><br>

Knowledge of investigative techniques, evidence handling, and courtroom procedures.</li><li>
