Position Summary

Physical Demands and Work Environment
This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer and telephone for a large percentage of the workday. Requirements include 4 years of experience in an information technology field or data management and a two-year degree or certification in computer science, management information systems, data management, or a related field.

This role supports customers in the Defense Industrial Base with a strong emphasis on compliance with CMMC 2.0 and NIST 800-171.

The Endpoint Engineer II works alongside more experienced engineers in a managed services environment to ensure secure, compliant, and consistent endpoint management across Windows 11 devices, Windows 365 Cloud PCs, and Azure Virtual Desktops.

The Data Engineer II will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure. This position requires a blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.</div><div></div><div> 
Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis.</li><li>
Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.</li><li>
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.</li><li>
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data systems.</li><li>
Implement and maintain data security and privacy measures.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and anomalies.</li><li>
Continuously improve and document data engineering processes and best practices.</li><li>
Act as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on data-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives</li><li>
Perform ad hoc data analytics and reporting to meet emergent business requirements.</li><li>
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and modeling.</li><li>

Requirements

<div>Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
3+ years of experience in a comparable data engineering role.</li><li>
Proven experience with designing and building scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.</li><li>
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.</li><li>
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).</li><li>
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Scala.</li><li>
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).</li><li>
Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Databricks).</li><li>

Position
The Quality Engineer is responsible for improving product quality, increasing process efficiency, and reducing operating costs by reducing variation in the inputs to manufacturing. The Quality Engineer will ensure customer satisfaction by improving products and through processes inspection methods to analyze product quality. The Quality Engineer will establish metrics to monitor effectiveness of processes and adjust, as necessary. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Active participation in company New Product Introduction (NPI) process &ndash; Act as the Quality department&rsquo;s focal in establishing and releasing new products to the manufacturing floor by creating Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) and Control Plans.</li><li>
The Quality Engineer will work with Manufacturing and Engineering personnel to ensure smooth transition of new product from the planning stage through delivery of product to the customer.</li><li>
Support AS9100 requirements.</li><li>
Participate as the Quality focal for internal/external corrective actions resulting from non-conformances.</li><li>
Provide guidance to teams in performing immediate action activities, drilling down to a root cause statement, and developing a robust action plan to implement effective and sustainable solutions.</li><li>
Perform process audits to assess compliance, capability and effectiveness of various manufacturing processes and specifications.</li><li>
Help to develop and maintain metrics that show the current condition of the processes and help to improve the manufacturing process.</li><li>
Support the Quality team by providing clear, accurate information.</li><li>
Create Standard Work Instructions (SWI&rsquo;s) as needed to allow for easier cross training of personnel.</li><li>
Research and analyze specifications to make sound decisions based on customer/industry documentation.</li><li>
Review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to ensure completeness and compliance with the AS9102 standard.</li><li>
Participate in continuous improvement activities pertaining to customer feedback, management, manufacturing, and supply chain processes</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications<ul><li>

Experience working with composites materials.</li><li>
Experience working with PFMEA &amp; MSA tools and concepts.</li></ul> 
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul> 
Experience<ul><li>
Three or more years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified in a manufacturing environment preferred.</li></ul> 
Computer Skills<ul><li>
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (data analysis, control charts, pivot tables etc.).</li></ul>
