 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience working as a Building Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of building systems, including HVAC,BMS, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address maintenance issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in using maintenance management software and automation
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.

 Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage time effectively.
