Month 1: </b>Identify a high-impact internal workflow that can be partially or fully automated by an AI agent. You'll design the architecture for this pilot agent, demonstrating an initial proof-of-concept. Month 3:</b> Deploy your first production-grade internal AI agent, demonstrating measurable improvements (e.g., reduced manual effort, improved response times, increased data accuracy). What We're Looking For:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Professional Experience:</b> 2-5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI systems development, with a specific focus on agentic systems or complex AI integrations.</li><li><b>
