<p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>We are seeking a <b>Senior QC Mechanical Inspector</b> holding a valid <b>CSWIP 3.2.2 certification</b>, with proven experience on <b>QatarEnergy projects</b>. The candidate must be a <b>Mechanical Engineer</b>, <b>locally available in Qatar</b>, and ready for <b>immediate joining</b>. The role involves leading mechanical inspection activities across fabrication, installation, testing, and pre-commissioning phases in Oil &amp; Gas projects.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead and manage all mechanical inspection activities in accordance with project specifications, codes, and QatarEnergy standards</li><li>Review, approve, and implement Mechanical ITPs, method statements, and quality plans</li><li>Inspect fabrication, erection, and installation of:</li><li>Piping systems</li><li>Pressure vessels</li><li>Static and rotating equipment</li><li>Review and approve WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications related to mechanical works</li><li>Supervise and evaluate NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT) and ensure compliance with project requirements</li><li>Monitor hydrostatic, pneumatic testing, flushing, cleaning, and mechanical completion activities</li><li>Handle NCRs, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective actions</li><li>Interface directly with QatarEnergy representatives, EPC contractors, and third-party inspectors</li><li>Prepare and review mechanical dossiers, test packs, punch lists, and final handover documentation</li><li>Ensure all activities comply with HSE, QA/QC, and contractual requirements</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in <b>Mechanical Engineering</b> (mandatory)</li><li>Valid <b>CSWIP 3.2.2 (Senior Welding Inspector)</b> certification (mandatory)</li><li>Minimum <b>8&ndash;10 years of experience</b> in <b>Oil &amp; Gas / EPC projects</b></li><li><b>Previous experience with QatarEnergy projects</b> is mandatory</li><li>Strong background in <b>mechanical fabrication, erection, testing, and commissioning</b></li><li>Experience leading inspection teams and managing client interfaces</li><li>Locally Available in Qatar with a Valid QID</li></ul><p>Interested candidates may send their CV to: alramshacontracting@gmail.com<br/>+974 31117980</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month</p>
