Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with 8 years of experience, a Master&rsquo;s degree with 6 years of experience or a PhD with 4 years of experience.</p></li><li><p>
Must be a U.S. Citizen</p></li><li><p>
Candidate must currently have and be able to maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance.</p></li><li><p>
3 years of professional experience in the defense or aerospace industries. 2 years demonstrated success managing technical teams.</p></li><li><p>
2 years of experience working in a technical role.</p></li><li><p>
Proven experience as a team player and collaborator.</p></li><li><p>
Very strong engineering background with demonstrated experience managing through requirements, design and production.</p></li><li><p>
Experience managing large control accounts with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and technical performance.</p></li><li><p>
Solid understanding of engineering process with execution experience.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>

Primary Level Salary Range: $161,500.00 - $242,300.00<p></p>
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.<p></p>
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.<p></p>
