Pay &amp; Benefits 
 
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $171,600 and $258,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Support AFE preparation, entry, approval tracking, and supplement documentation</li><li>
Assist with cost report evaluations to develop unit pricing for estimates and budgets</li><li>
Coordinate accrual updates with engineering, construction, and cost control teams</li><li>
Assist with project schedule updates using field and engineering input</li><li>
Support preparation and revisions of DBMs and Project Execution Plans (PEPs)</li><li>
Work with engineers and supply chain to ensure purchase orders are in place and tracked</li><li>
Maintain document control for construction and project close-out records</li><li>
Review and enter construction daily reports to track progress, manhours, and KPIs</li><li>
Maintain project and construction workload schedules</li><li>
Review invoices, update AFE/GL coding, and route for approval</li><li>
Build and maintain strong working relationships with yard managers and field teams</li><li>
Ensure all work aligns with company and client safety policies and procedures</li></ul>

Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a technical field preferred</li><li>
8+ years of industry-related technical support experience required</li><li>
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)</li><li>
Experience with systems such as SAP, Ariba, Spotfire, DataNow, SiteView, and/or Power BI preferred</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
